The Collector Scheduler

Our multi-stream record/playback appliance that can simultaneously store and retrieve multiple channels of real time multimedia content using network storage or DVD burners with Video-on-Demand flexibility.

  1. Up to 32 simultaneous live stream operations per chassis - modular approach allows hardware to be added for more simultaneous streams as required
  2. Decoding/encoding/transcoding - allows any mix of MPEG2 and/or h264 to support Standard or High Definition TV
  3. Simultaneous capture/write to NAS - network storage can be added in any capacity as required
  4. Search & retrieval on metadata - allows archive/library building with search parameters specified as required
  5. Simultaneous burn to multiple DVDs - allows capture of live events to non-volatile storage
  6. DVD ripping & streaming - allows program material to be used flexibly and added to the common library
  7. Unattended & remote operation - allows any mix of scheduled, live and remote control, maximising efficiency and effectiveness
